Great yoga studio - lovely setting, with good equipment, shade, fans - Karina is a terrific teacher, offering challenging yoga along with lots of ways to modify to your own level, along with beautiful guidance for breathing and meditation throughout.

Karina is one of the best yoga teachers I have come across around the world, not just in Costa Rica. There are yoga classes and then there are life-changing mind/body/spirit YOGA classes where you experience healing transformation--that is what you'll find with Dynamic yoga at Casa Coba. I absolutely loved the movements, meditation, and personalized healing experience. Truly a highlight of my trip to Samara and once I'd highly highly recommend to everyone.

BEST YOGA EVER!!!!!! I've been practising Yoga for over 20 years now and Dynamic Yoga at Casa Coba is one of the best yoga classes i have ever been to. Karina is an extremely experienced teacher who teaches 100% from her heart. Her classes are geared for all levels from beginner to experienced, with many options to choose from. Her studio is also stunning, a beautiful covered outdoor space where you are surrounded by greenery. Don't miss a chance to try these Yoga classes. I've been coming back to Samara for years and a huge part of my draw there are Karina's yoga classes.

Liebe Karina,
Für mich waren es die BESTEN Yogastunden überhaupt. Ich profitiere immer noch von Deiner tollen Energie, Deinem Können und Deiner Unterstützung.
Hier ist einfach jeder willkommen.
Hemmungen wegen der Sprache sind absolut fehl am Platz. Mit deinem riesigen Sprachtalent (mir bekannt: spanisch, englisch, französisch, deutsch und schwedisch) begleitest du jeden herzlichen durch deine Stunde und hinterher darf man staunen, was man alles geleistet hat. Ich hab mich bei Dir und Deiner traumhaften Yoga-Oase sehr wohl gefühlt.
